Hardwood flooring is not an indestructible product and sometimes "life" happens: water damage from plumbing leaks, deep gouges from moving furniture, or maybe you've moved some walls or cabinets around and have exposed areas with no pre-existing flooring. We'll be able to address the areas and patch and repair as needed. Typically this is done prior to sanding & refinishing to ensure the patchwork comes out as seamless as possible.
